7669 is an American R&B girl group, who were signed to Motown Records[1] in the 1990s.[2] Their debut album, 7669 East from a Bad Block, was released on November 2, 1993,[3] and scored two minor hits on the US Billboard R&B chart with "So High" (#35), and "Joy" (#72). "Joy" peaked at #60 in the UK Singles Chart in June 1994.[4]
